United Summit Center is a comprehensive mental health center serving seven counties in
north central West Virginia. United Summit Center and United Hospital Center work together to offer a comprehensive mental health delivery system.

Privacy Practices

All reasonable effects will be made to protect the privacy of United Summit Center's client health information, whether it is maintained on paper or electronically. Federal Law requires that all clients be provided a copy of the United Summit Center Privacy Notice. The Privacy notice describes in detail how client health information is used and shared with others.
